Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during holiday seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders are shipped from the United States.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to many countries.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country.

  • These fees are not controlled by RICE&INK and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary by destination and may take 1–4 weeks.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international) after shipping confirmation, please contact:

Include your name and order number, and we will help investigate the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom pet portraits

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email info@riceandink.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
